Session description: This panel session will feature a national representative, a philanthropic organization, and a state leader. The speakers will discuss the importance of building the capacity of state agencies and creating strategic partnerships across multiple state agencies.

Session description: This panel session will feature six federal representatives from the Administration for Children and Families, Health and Human Services, Office of Head Start, U.S. Department of Education, and the Health Resources and Services Administration. The panelists will discuss the federal programs supporting integrated data systems, what success looks like for states with an ECIDS, and how federal offices are collaborating to support the work.
