Texas

Texas became an ECDataWorks partner state in 2017. The partnership is in collaboration with the Texas Education Agency and the Texas Workforce Commission. This collaborative project is focused on integrating data into an analytic tool to support school and program decision-makers in understanding how well they are preparing to support children entering Kindergarten. The tool’s framework on school readiness encompasses students, educators, and other systems supports. Once implemented, it will support effective professional development planning and facilitate community partnerships and will open the door to future cross-agency data integration efforts.
